When is the last date for Christmas ordering and returns?

These dates are recommended by the postal service but to be extra sure please order as early as you can.
All orders from 1st November 2021 will have an extended return date of 30th January 2022 for Christmas gifting.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
UK resident customers receive free shipping on orders £50(GBP)+, please see the checkout page for shipping costs on orders under £50. International customers receive free shipping on orders over £100(GBP), $100(USD) or €100(EUR). See our shipping policy page for full details.
Where is my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. If your item is a pre-order, please check the item description for an estimated dispatch date. You can track your order with the link in your dispatch confirmation email.
What is your returns policy?

Can my item be altered or customised?
Unfortunately we're not able to alter or customise jewellery. If you have a faulty item then please contact us with further details and a photo, so we can help further.
What is the jewellery made of?
The jewellery is made of a nickel-safe base metal, such as brass. The plating will be gold, rhodium and/or enamel. Our gold plating is one micron thick. If you have a question about a specific piece then please see the item description or contact us for more information.
What are your ring sizes?
All rings (except open rings) are sized as follows:
- Small - UK size M
- Medium - UK size O
- Large - UK size Q

I have a discount or offer code, how do I use it?
Discount and offer codes are entered at the checkout before payment details are collected. If you're having trouble redeeming it, please check that it's entered exactly as supplied and in date. Please note that only one discount or offer code can be redeemed per order.
